Leadership Circle 360 Profile®
The Leadership Circle 360 Profile® measures two primary leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies – and integrates this information in order to identify key opportunities for leadership development. The results of the leader’s Leadership Circle 360 are compiled into a comprehensive profile that presents the inter-relationship between the leader’s leadership competencies and the leader’s self-limiting assumptions. It contrasts how others and the leader perceive the ratio of creative competencies vs reactive tendencies providing a holistic view of the leader and how they operate.
The Enneagram refers to the nine different Enneagram styles, each representing a worldview and archetype that resonates with the way in which people think, feel, and act and how they stand in relation to the world, others and themselves. The Enneagram Profile is a useful guide on the journey of self-discovery, relationship building, conflict resolution and the improvement of team dynamics. The use of the Enneagram in coaching assists in fast tracking insight, growth and integration for the client.
HOGAN Assessment System (HPI, HDS, MVPI)
Hogan examines personality from every angle, measuring the bright side, dark side and inside of personality, with the highest level of predictive validity. The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) describes normal, or bright-side personality – qualities that describe how we relate to others when we are at our best, providing valuable insight into how people work, how they lead, and how successful they will be. The Hogan Developments Survey (HDS) describes the dark side of personality – qualities that emerge in times of increased strain and that can derail people’s chances of success. The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) describes personality from the inside – the core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain which provides insights into what motivates candidates to succeed and in what type of position, job, and environment they will be the most productive.
